Welcome to Eco Tray. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may cancel orders and the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be issued. By placing an order with ecotray.in, you agree to the terms described below.
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time for the day for which you have placed an order by calling or messaging our Customer Success team. In such cases, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which violates the Terms & Conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion may cancel such orders.
We maintain a negative list of fraudulent transactions and customers and may deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
If you have any issue(s) with the product(s) delivered, please contact our Customer Success team for a proper resolution.
Complaints related to natural products such as bamboo, vetiver, brushes, and combs can be raised within 48 hours from the time of delivery, along with a proper image or video as evidence. We may issue a refund for the item(s) or replace them within the next 48 hours.
If any item is missing from your order during delivery, it should be reported within 24 hours from time of delivery. Any issues reported after 24 hours from delivery time may not be entertained.
Note: Mere submission of an issue or complaint does not guarantee a replacement or refund. All reported issues will be verified using the evidence you provide (images/videos), and a solution will be provided as per the terms mentioned in this policy.
All refunds for cancelled orders, returned items, or quality concerns will be processed back to the original source account only.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, you are requested to send your bank account details via email to support@ecotray.in for processing the refund. Refunds will not be provided as cash for any reason. Where possible, we may communicate from our registered official number to explore UPI as an alternate mode for refunds.
We may also process refunds as store credits to your account which can be used later for subsequent purchases on the site.
Products sold as Packs or Combos cannot be returned as individual items. While returning a product that was part of an offer or promotional campaign, you agree to forego the benefits of that offer or promotional campaign.
By making a purchase at Eco Tray through online or offline modes, you agree to all the terms mentioned above in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
